The Hampshire and Police Crime Panel (PCP) is responsible for scrutinising and supporting the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Hampshire. The PCC, sets key policing priorities through their Police and Crime Plan, and determines the policing element of council tax, amongst other responsibilities.
