It is a statutory requirement for all Youth
Justice Services to complete an annual Youth Justice Plan. This
plan is written in accordance with the Youth Justice Board guidance
using their standard template.
One of the requirements under Regulation 4 of the Local Authorities
(Functions and Responsibilities) (England) Regulations 2000’,
is for this plan to be signed off by full council (section 5.28 of
the guidance)
