The previous tenant gave notice to end their period of tenancy just prior to the summer break.
The authority has made every attempt to advertise this opportunity in time, so the facility could be open for the summer at the request of members.
There was some interest, and a successful candidate has been appointed. A decision is required now that the leases have been produced, to award this 5 year lease
