needs as well as financial impacts. Any potential changes require
full consultation with residents and the final decision made at
Full Council for implementation on the 1 April every year for the
statutory provisions to be undertaken.

be written to advising them of the changes, advice sent through the
anti-poverty meetings, online survey via questionnaire explaining
the proposals and likely impact – paper survey on request,

commissioner and fire authority.
