Whippingham; Cowes, Gurnard & Northwood; and Brading, Bembridge
& St Helens as Supplementary Planning Documents (SPD) that post
adoption can be used as a material consideration in planning
decisions.

Prior to the cabinet decision, a formal 6 week
public consultation in the LCWIPs will have taken place in line
with Planning legislation for the adoption of SPDs, including
consultation with a number of statutory consultees
