Exclusion of the Public and Press To consider passing a resolution that, under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business, namely Agenda item numbers 5a and 5b, on the grounds that there is likely to be the disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act and in all circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information. Reports of the Director of Children's Services To consider appeals relating to home-to-school transport: |

06-2024 Minutes: The Children’s Services representative advised that following futher investigation home to school transport had been awared, therefore the appeal had been withdrawn. |

03-2024 Minutes: The appellant was not in attendance. Consideration was given to an appeal relating to Home to School Transport. Following oral representation by the Children’s Services representative, questions were asked by members of the Sub Committee.the appellants case was considered on the paperwork provided.
RESOLVED:
THAT home to school transport is refused in accordance with the policy. |
